Returns / Refunds
If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please email customer service at sales@Arsenaloff-road.com and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.
Please follow the return check list to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty.
Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Only unused product that has not been driven on is eligible for return.
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
LIGHTING: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
PARTS: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: Credit less $60 labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges incurred.
Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Call for a Return Authorization Number and more information on return shipments.
Canadian PST, duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than those stated above.
If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Arsenal Offroad customer service department at Sales@Arsenaloff-road.com. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.

Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)
Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and Arsenal Offroad's address.
Packing slip with Return Authorization Number should be taped securely on tire.
